ROSTO was created by Chef Paco Frola, Chef and Co-Owner of Spring House in Tenafly, NJ, a Mediterranean-inspired fine dining restaurant known for quality and craft. ROSTO is inspired by the Italian word “arrosto,” which means roast or roasted. In Italy, arrosto is the centerpiece of family meals from pollo arrosto (roast chicken) to patate arrosto (roasted potatoes).
