Chef Raz trained at the French Culinary Institute in New York and worked in high-level kitchens including:

• SushiSamba New York
• Mesa Grill
Those kitchens operate on precision, repetition, and zero tolerance for “good enough.”
That same mentality runs Rosto.
Nitzan didn’t come to Tenafly to open “another chicken place.” He came to build standards.
