We didn't build Rosto around tables. We built it around the rotisserie. Instead of investing in décor, we invested in wood and fire. Instead of designing a dining room, we designed airflow, heat control, and rotation mechanics.

This kitchen was engineered for one thing: Exceptional rotisserie chicken and a few sides meant to share.

WE CARE.

At Rosto, every detail behind our flavor is intentional. We cook over a proprietary blend of cooking-grade woods, our own secret mix of carefully selected trees, crafted to create the deep, unmistakable flavor of our fire.

Our chickens are sourced from Amish farms in Pennsylvania, pasture-raised with no antibiotics, bringing unmatched quality and care to every bite. Our breads come fresh from Balthazar Bakery, and all other ingredients are thoughtfully sourced from local farms, because great food starts with great ingredients.

Families want food that feels special without reservations, babysitters, or two-hour dinners. Weeknights move fast. Schedules are full. Takeout is part of real life. Rosto was designed around that reality.
